Era necesario satisfacer la creciente demanda del servicio educativo en el \u00e1rea rural, el 10 de febrero de 1977 fue creado el Colegio Nacional \u201c19 de Noviembre\u201d, el motivo de su creaci\u00f3n fue evitar la migraci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a la ciudad y el abandono de las tierras cultivables, adem\u00e1s la tecnificaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola en busca de un adelanto socio \u2013 econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

El Colegio Nacional \u201c19 de Noviembre\u201d ubicado en la parroquia La Concepci\u00f3n, posee un clima c\u00e1lido seco con una temperatura que oscila entre 18 y 24 \u00b0C a una altitud de 1.400 metros sobre el nivel del mar.<\/p>\n

El nombre \u201c19 de Noviembre\u201d lo lleva en honor a la fecha de la fundaci\u00f3n de la provincia del Carchi.<\/p>\n

Nuestra instituci\u00f3n se encuentra en una zona 100% agr\u00edcola, limita al norte con el caser\u00edo La Loma, al sur Santa Ana, al este Convalecencia, al oeste con la Estaci\u00f3n Carchi y el R\u00edo Mira.<\/p>\n

La poblaci\u00f3n estudiantil esta conformada por el 98% de afroecuatorianos que d\u00eda a d\u00eda se esfuerzan por sobresalir en diferentes \u00e1mbitos como el pol\u00edtico, cultural, deportivo y cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n

El establecimiento brinda a la juventud la oportunidad de estudiar seis a\u00f1os a partir de Octavo A\u00f1o de Educaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica, hasta el Tercer A\u00f1o de Bachillerato con la Especialidad de Ciencias Sociales; entregando a la sociedad bachilleres aptos para incorporarse a cualquier centro de estudios superiores o enfrentar los retos de la sociedad actual mediante la formaci\u00f3n de grupos de m\u00fasica \u2013 danza que han alcanzado renombre internacional lo cual hemos tratado de fortalecer resaltando las costumbres y tradiciones de los negros mediante conferencias, documentales, cuentos y leyendas del pueblo, adem\u00e1s participando en festivales de danza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
